| 6.00pm | Register your teams and plan your strategy |
| 6.30pm | Female 800m Relay |
| 6.45pm | Male 800m Relay |
| 7.00pm | Female 2000m Relay |
| 7.15pm | Male 2000m Relay |
- Spectators cheer from the INSIDE of the track
- 3 or 4 runners to a team - choose your distances
- Runners run in lanes all the way
- Minimum age 10 years
- Entry Fee: $5 per runner
- Open to everyone including school teams
